Skin boosters and mesotherapy are two popular skin treatments used to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and lines and improve the skin’s overall complexion.

Mesotherapy involves injecting various substances into the skin, including vitamins, minerals, and plant extracts. These ingredients are intended to encourage the creation of collagen and elastin, which should enhance the look of the skin. Furthermore, they reduce the appearance of wrinkles and scars and improve skin tone and texture.

Skin boosters are a type of mesotherapy that uses a single substance, such as hyaluronic acid, to improve the appearance of the skin. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring component that keeps the skin moisturized and lessens the visibility of wrinkles.
If you are searching for a treatment that can improve the appearance of your skin, both skin boosters and mesotherapy are good options.

Overall, both treatments are relatively safe when performed by a qualified professional. However, there is a small risk of skin irritation or infection following either treatment.
Fat Dissolving Injections: Targeting stubborn pockets of fat

Fat dissolving injections target and permanently dissolve stubborn, diet-resistant pockets of fat, such as on the face and neck (goodbye double-chin!). Fat dissolving injections are also used on the back, thighs, abdomen, and arms and can also be beneficial for those wanting to reduce the appearance of cellulite and to boost skin elasticity.

Lemon Bottle fat dissolving injections is our latest treatment available! This is a non-surgical solution to target stubborn fat deposits and achieve lasting results.

Fat Dissolving Injections, such as Lemon Bottle, speed up lipolysis (fat breakdown). We are born with a certain number of fat cells (new fat cells don’t grow after childhood). Each injection contains a special blend of ingredients that is designed to dissolve the wall of the fat cell and reduce its size. After the unwanted fat has been dissolved, the body will then naturally flush out the fat, while the skin tightens around the treated area. Patients will require more than one treatment to achieve the desired result. Treatments will generally be spaced four to five weeks apart.

The number of fat dissolving injections and injection sites will be determined during your consultation. For best results, patients generally need 10-15 injection sites during each treatment, and multiple treatments to achieve the best results. Injections are gently administered into the skin, with a session taking anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes, depending on the areas of the body being treated. After treatment, you will be able to return home and resume normal activity.

This is a comfortable procedure for patients. A numbing agent will be applied to the target area or you may choose to go without the numbing agent with some localised discomfort.
Fat dissolving injections melt away fat with minimal discomfort and short recovery time.
Noticeable results will be seen in just a few weeks. The injections will work by slowly dissolving the fat over about four to six weeks, creating natural-looking results. Lemon Bottle is the industry’s fastest and strongest fat dissolver, showing results within days
Treatment results are permanent. Once a fat cell has been destroyed, it has been permanently removed from your body. However, fat reduction injections will not prevent you from putting weight on.

We recommend this treatment for those looking to target small areas of fat that are unresponsive to diet and exercise.

Dr. Singh will go through your medical history and find out more about your aesthetic goals and determine if this treatment is suitable for you. Fat dissolving injections are not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of severe allergies, or have an active infection or skin condition in the treatment area.

Treatment with fat dissolving injections require minimal to no downtime, allowing most patients to resume normal activities almost straight away. Short-term side effects like swelling, redness, pain or numbness, and bruising can last up to a week. These side effects are completely normal. Dr Singh will provide you with aftercare instructions to ensure you achieve the best results.

People choose to get dermal fillers to enhance their facial features or gain a more youthful appearance. You may want to get dermal fillers to: add volume to sagging skin; make your features more symmetrical; plump up lips and cheeks, and to smooth wrinkles and creases in your face.

There are several types of dermal fillers. Dr. Singh will review the types of dermal fillers and discuss the right option for you. Talk to them about setting realistic goals and the results you can expect after getting injections.

During your consultation, Dr. Singh will recommend the type of filler and review possible side effects and recovery time. Treatment involves cleaning your skin and applying an anaesthetic cream to numb the treatment area. Using a thin needle, a small amount of filler is injected under your skin in one or several areas. The whole process can take a few minutes or up to an hour, depending on the number of areas to be treated.
The needle will pinch or sting, but most people don’t experience much pain during these injections. Dr. Singh is licenced to inject surgical grade lithnocane for those more sensitive to pain.

The great thing with injectable dermal fillers, is that results are generally seen immediately after the treatment, although this gradually improves over the course of the following 2–4 weeks.

A small number of people may experience bruising, swelling or discomfort after treatment. Usually, these side effects are mild and go away in a few days.

This common cosmetic procedure typically produces results right away, and can last months or years.

Dr. Singh will go through your medical history and find out more about your aesthetic goals and determine if this treatment is suitable for you.
Dermal fillers are generally safe because they are a non-invasive method of facial rejuvenation, but only when they are applied by a qualified expert. Filler should always be introduced by a skilled and experienced individual who is equipped to recognise and handle any complications that might occur.

Anti-wrinkle injections are non-permanent treatments to smooth lines and wrinkles. It is suitable for crows feet, frown and worry lines, lip or smokers lines, as well as to improve the jawline and neck appearance (the ‘Nephertite lift’).  If you’re self-conscious about your gummy smile, or even excessive sweating, anti-wrinkle injections can also improve these conditions.  Botox is the most widely known, among a number of licenced brands of anti-wrinkle medications used by Dr. Singh.

“Botulinum toxin injections, such as Botox, temporarily relax the muscles in your face to smooth out lines and wrinkles” (NHS).
This naturally occurring protein blocks the transition of chemical messages sent from the nerve to cause the muscle to contract, resulting in the muscle remaining in a temporary resting state.

As a prescription only medicine you MUST have a face to face consultation with a licensed prescriber. Dr. Singh will take a detailed medical history and assess your needs and expectations to ensure this is the appropriate treatment for you. In line with your treatment plan, one to five injections are given per target site with additional ‘top up’ during follow-up as required. Post-treatment advice includes keeping the target muscles active for a few hours and avoiding extremes of heat or cold, vigorous exercise, lying down or leaning over for 4-6 hours.
A very fine needle is used and generally this treatment is not painful and can be tolerated with no anaesthetic. Ice may be helpful in numbing the skin as well as reducing the risk of bruising. For those more sensitive to pain, our doctor is licenced to use local anaesthetic if required.
Results will be based on personal preference and individual treatment plan. Anti-wrinkle medications aim to relax the facial muscles, not “freeze” them: dosage and site of treatment influences results. VP Medspa advocate for natural results; for those who prefer the “frozen look” that’s perfectly fine, and treatment is tailored accordingly. Be aware, anti-wrinkle treatment is not as effective for static lines (lines present without expression). Our doctor will advise you.
Within 2 to 3 days you will notice some improvement, with the full result seen at 2-3 weeks.
Results tend to last 3-4 months. Movement will begin recovering from 8 weeks. Frequent treatment at intervals of less than 3 months is NOT recommended.
Our doctor will assess your suitability and advise. Botulinum toxin cannot be given to pregnant or breastfeeding women; is not suitable for patients with certain neurological disorders; if you’re taking certain medicines; and if you have previously experienced adverse reactions to any botulinum toxin treatment.
All treatments carry a degree of risk. This will be discussed with during consultation. Side effects include, but are not limited to bruising, swelling and/or redness at injection site, asymmetry of expression, brow or eyelid drooping, headache or a sensation of ‘tightness’ or ‘heaviness’. Adverse events are uncommon, usually occur within a few days of treatment and are generally temporary.
